Hi, I'm Lisa Ridley. I've been working as a web applications engineer and architect since 2009. While I work mainly with the Drupal CMS application, I also do a bit of DevOps engineering, setting up CI/CD processes for clients using a variety of DevOps platforms and applications (Gitlab CI, Github Actions, Travis CI, Jenkins, CircleCI, etc).
I hold several certifications, including:
- Certified Scrum Master
- Certified Scrum Product Owner
- Drupal 7 Certified Developer
- Human Centered Design
Prior to working in web development, I worked in employee benefits consulting for Fortune 500 companies, structuring employer provided benefit plans and projecting benefits costs for budgeting and compliance purposes.
When I'm not busy building digital solutions for clients or blogging about whatever strikes my interests, I'm busy talking smack about college football and rooting for my favorite team, the University of Tennessee Volunteers (Go Vols!).
I also enjoy soaking up the atmosphere at one of the many Nascar tracks in the Southeast United States, or riding the many scenic backroads and byways in the Tennessee, North Carolina, and Georgia Appalachian Mountains.
I reside in beautiful Chattanooga, Tennessee with my two spunky yorkies, Sassy and Daisy.
